10 Oct Cocktail Making with Class
Last year we held our first cocktail-making class with our mixologist, Rupam and it was very well received. When we recently held our first cooking class we had a request for a private cocktail class for eight. That group enjoyed the class so much we thought we should offer cocktail making classes on a monthly basis, as we are doing for our cooking classes.
Rupam, will be teaching three sets of cocktail classes. In every session you’ll learn to make three different cocktails and each cocktail comes with an ideal cocktail party snack and you’ll take away recipe cards to make them all at home.
Rupam will give you tips on cocktail making and will talk about the bitters, syrups and other ‘home made elements’ that make our house cocktails special. (We’ll even send you home with a small starter bottle.)
Classes are for a minimum of eight students and a maximum of 12.
Each set of class will last between 2 ½ to 3 hours, with a fee of £55 + VAT per person.
